offer some books. Click on the links below to get more information or buy books.
Nutrition For Dummies
The dummies series is a fun set of books: this one explains both how to eat well as well
as the importance of eating well in language that is easy to understand.
American Academy of Pediatrics Guide to Your Child's Nutrition : Making
Peace at the Table and Building Healthy Eating Habits for Life
The title sums things up: the people who take care of your kid when she's sick give advice
on not only what she should be eating but also on how to get her to eat it.
Top Secret Recipes : Creating Kitchen Clones of America's Favorite
Brand-Name Foods
If the people behind the counter can figure it out you can too: create the same stuff you
eat at popular restaurants in your own kitchen. It not only costs less but searching for
the ingrediants is fun for the kids.
Express Lane Cookbook : Fast, Healthful Meals With Minimal Cleanup
This guide was created by two computer geeks with a young child and active careers: we know
why fast food is appealing. This book has some recipies for those days when you really do
want to eat in, but can't be bothered spending hours cooking and cleaning up.

To search, enter the criteria you want to look for and press the button. For example,
to find items at all restaurants that have less than ten grams of fat, enter 10 in the
Maximum Fat field while leaving all other fields empty, then press the button. To find
fish sandwiches, type fish in the item field, then press the button. To find all items
that have less than 15 grams of fat and are called burgers, type burger in the item field
and enter 15 in the Maximum Fat field. To display everything in the food finder, don't
enter anything in any field and press the button.
The result screen may be printed for use later. Create a menu based on your own
nutritional profile, put it in the glove-box of your car, and you can make intelligent
decisions about where to eat when driving around.
